- Rahil Lipchitz was Jacques's mother, Ira Kon his niece, a daugher of his sister Zhenya Kon (Lipchitz) and Juzef (Yuzya) Kon. The sitters and the date are idenified on the back in Russian: 'To Yasha (Yakov=Jacques) and Berthe for a long memory. Ira and [her] grandma. Drusk[ieniki]. 20.IX.24'.
