Title
Letter from ‘Any’(Paris) to Berthe Lipchitz
Date
[1916–26]
Description
The sender, a female friend of Berthe Lipchitz describes her evening in order to show how 'idiotic and stupid' it was, as a kind of travelog through Paris. She was passing 'Rotonde' and rue Montparnasse, then had her beer and all alone went to Bobinot 'where I had a success among apaches'". Then she saw Kees [van Dongen], who was returning home, she said 'hello' to him and also went home to bed.
