She warns him not to contract influenza, describes an enjoyable conversation with her servants Nellie Brittain and Jenny Pratt, and worries about an unidentified tribunal. Also mentions Angelica Bell (originally named Susannah), Mrs Brereton ('La B.'), and Dr Mary Moralt.
