Explore the life and work of the celebrated 1960s playwright

Three speakers closely linked to the artist Joe Orton, whose work is included in Queer British Art 1861-1967, discuss his life and work. Orton’s sister Marilyn Lock shares family memories, nephew David Lock tells how the Orton-Halliwell collages influence his own artistic practice and Dr Emma Parker from the University of Leicester presents her research 'Joe Orton and Kenneth Halliwell: Collage, Class and Queerness'.
